I asked why this changed in September when the alert below mentions an October 31st date and they said nothing changed, we have needed to use TLS for a while. They told me that from the settings the problem was I only had the ability to use SSL and I needed to use TLS. They looked at the copier settings with me through a screen sharing session and had me look at the logs to see what error I was getting. I kept inisisting and showed them that GMAIL worked but Office 365 did not. As a result, I opened up a ticket with Microsoft and initially, they swore nothing changed on their end and kept telling me I had to speak to the "application developer". I spoke with our vendor and they received word from Sharp that this was happening to a large number of customers and they were working on a fix but did not have one yet.
